Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must include its original packaging, accessories, tags, and other included materials.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
- Photos or videos of damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be required for verification.
Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us at arellanojohnson@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos or videos of the item.
Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional cost to you.
Change of Mind
Returns due solely to change of mind, incorrect size or color selected by the customer, or personal preference may not be accepted unless otherwise approved by us.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, approved return shipping costs will be covered by us.
For other approved returns that are not due to an error on our part, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped may no longer be cancelled.
